Chapter 26: Water Regulations Summary

Fire Hydrant Use (Part 13)

- Once one mobile home in a park is subject to this rule, all mobile homes in that park must connect, regardless of their distance from the system (§2008).
Penalties for Violation:
- Individuals, corporations, or entities failing to make the proper connection after notice face a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $300.
- Defaulting on payment results in imprisonment of not more than 30 days in the County jail.
- Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate violation (§2009).
