Chapter 26: Water Regulations Summary This document outlines regulations for water use and connections in Hollidaysburg, PA. Fire Hydrant Use (Part 13) Conditions for Use: Section §1301 establishes the conditions under which fire hydrants may be used. Water System Connections (Part 20) This part details the rules for connecting to the public water supply. Connection Requirements: Connection is required (§2001). Specific conditions must be met before connecting to the public system (§2005). Connections are governed by the Water System Rules and Regulations of the Hollidaysburg Water Authority (§2006). Defaulting on payment results in imprisonment of not more than 30 days in the County jail. Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate violation (§2009).
