Zoning Hearing Board Board Overview The Zoning Hearing Board adjudicates validity challenges, requests for variances and special exceptions to the Hollidaysburg Zoning Ordinance, and appeals of decisions made by the Zoning Administrator. Board Members The Board is comprised of three members and one alternate appointed by Borough Council to serve three-year terms. Members must be residents of the Borough. Meeting Dates are as needed.
