Services The Public Works department provides ongoing maintenance services for the County's roads, bridges, buildings, parks and sidewalks. As part of this effort, they remove snow, mow grass, remove brush and trees, and fill potholes on an ongoing basis. The County employs students during the summer for a wide range of tasks from power washing bridges to weed wacking around buildings. In addition, there are larger projects that need approval, civil design and permitting. See below for information on these projects. Also listed below are County roads and properties. . Projects Convention Center Blvd - #105 Anticipated start: Summer 2018Scope: DrainageStatus: Design and permitting stage. Location: Runs in front of the Convention Center from rt 36 to Plank road.
