Payment Window Hours

News Date: Monday, March 31, 2025 NEW PAYMENT WINDOW HOURS Beginning Monday, April 14, 2025, the City of Altoona Codes & Inspections Department and the Finance Department, located in Altoona City Hall, will no longer be able to accept in person payments after 4:00 p. m. However, both offices will remain open until 4:30 p. m. for additional customer service. Altoona City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a. m. until 4:30 p. m.
