How do I pay a water or sewer bill?

Water and sewer payments can be made in person at the Finance Department between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Borough also lists online payment through hburgpa.authoritypay.com and an after-hours drop box at the rear of the Municipal Building.
