Zoning Ordinance Overview

Recent Classification Change

Ordinance 815 (July 13, 2006):

  • Lot 100 of the Holliday Hills development is now zoned Limited Industrial (I-1).
  • Property lines along Beaver Street near Lot 100 have been corrected after the previous zoning map was found to be erroneous.
  • The old map incorrectly split Lot 100 between Planned Residential (PR) and Limited Industrial (I-1) districts.
