Visitors A reporter from the Altoona Mirror is scheduled to attend. Engineer Reports & Approvals The Engineer will present monthly reports and seek approval for several agreements: Phosphorous Credits: Approval to ratify agreements with the Clearfield Municipal Authority, Altoona Water Authority, and Chambersburg Borough to purchase phosphorous credits. Utility Relocation: Approval of a reimbursement agreement with PennDOT for sewer relocation at Blair Gap Run. Easement Agreement: Approval of an easement agreement with New Pig Corporation regarding a relocated sanitary sewer at Blair Run Gap. Solicitor Updates The Solicitor will address regulatory matters, including: The Water Meter Ordinance from April 12, 1993. Rules and regulations for the Hollidaysburg Borough Authority. Sewer regulations for the Altoona Water Authority. Plant Manager Report The Plant Manager will present the monthly Water and Sewer reports.
