Hollidaysburg Water Authority Resolution and Fee Schedule (2025) The Hollidaysburg Water Authority adopted Resolution W-2024-11D on November 19, 2024, officially approving the attached Schedule of Fees & Charges for 2025 (Exhibit A). Key Fees and Charges for 2025 Account Setup and Service Changes Establish Account: $10. 00 Re-Establish Service: $50. 00 Service Calls (turn on/off, excluding termination): $15. 00 per call Meter Accuracy Test: $70. 00 Temporary Hydrant Water Connection Deposit: $275. 00 (due at application) Hydrant Meter Setup/Tear Down: $75. 00 per event Water Usage: $8. 50 per 1,000 gallons used through hydrant meter Turn Water On/Off : $5. 00 per quarter hour (7 AM–3 PM) $7. 25 per quarter hour (after 4 PM, with 2-hour minimum charge) Construction Water Residential (per dwelling unit): $20. 00/month (includes 2,000 gal + service fee) Non-residential: $50. 00/month (includes 6,000 gal + service fee) Regular Water Service Water Rate: $0. 08500 per gallon Monthly Service Charge: $15. 00/month Tapping Fee $500 per household or Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) Capacity Component: $200 Conveyance Component: $300 Note: 1 EDU = 157 gallons per day Connection Fee Based on actual cost of labor and materials to install service line from Authority main to customer’s curb line or easement.
