  • They will not violate election laws or campaign finance regulations (specifically Section 1626 of the Pennsylvania Election Code regarding reporting).
  • They are not a candidate for the same office via another party's petition (with exceptions for specific judicial and school board roles).
  • If running for a political party office, they are a registered member of that party.
  • They do not currently hold an office with a term expiring in the same year as the one they are seeking.
