Opening Procedures Call to Order and Invocation by Pastor Ron Baker (Church of the Good Shepherd). Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Public Comment: Opportunity for residents to speak. Administrative Approvals & Reports Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the December 9, 2024 meeting. Financials: Approval of financial records for December 31, 2024. Borough Manager’s Report: Includes three specific motions: Reallocating FY2021 funds from Demolition to Housing Rehab. Ratifying an application for payment #1 with Strouse Electric. Discussion regarding the relocation of property lines on Walk. Legal & Ordinance Matters Solicitor’s Report: The council will consider three motions to approve new ordinances: Ordinance No. 1480: Amendment to Personnel Policy. Ordinance No. 1481: Implementation of a "No Parking" zone on Logan Avenue. Ordinance No. 1482: Adoption of the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC).
