Study Overview

This document is the cover and title page for a report titled "The Effects of an Historic District on Property Values" conducted in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. The study was directed by Diane Clapper, the Hollidaysburg Zoning Administrator, and conducted by Carol Maggio during a summer 1997 internship with the Borough.

Funding and Support

The project was part of a program organized by the Allegheny Heritage Development Corporation and funded by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, Bureau for Historic Preservation. Federal funds were also provided by the National Park Service, Department of the Interior.
