Minutes Approval
- Motion to accept February 13, 2023 minutes made by Mr. Burke, seconded by Mr. Fitch → Passed unanimously

- Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyer had nothing additional to report.
- Treasurer’s Report: Audit complete; financial report will be provided next month.

New Business Resolutions
Resolution S-2023-3A
- Purpose: Authorize submission of financial assistance application to PENNVEST for Phase III Sanitary Sewer Separation and Improvements Project.
- Motion: Made by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Ms. Gale → Passed unanimously
Resolution S-2023-3B
- Purpose: Approve project on Wayne Street near Allegheny Street to separate combined stormwater and sanitary sewer system.
- Motion: Made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously
Resolution S-2023-3C
- Purpose: Approve/deny request from 419 Union Street to deduct sewer charges for usage exceeding normal amount.
- Decision: Approved deduction of $1,553.32 for excess usage.
- Motion: Made by Mr. Burke, seconded by Mr. Fitch → Passed unanimously
Motion: Letter of Responsibility for PENNVEST Funding
- Purpose: Authorize Chairman to sign letter securing PENNVEST funding for Phase III project.
- Motion: Made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously

Approved payments totaling:
- Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $185,185.72
- Paid Invoices: $303,653.36
- Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary): $50.00
