The Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority held its regular meeting on July 11, 2022, at 5:00 PM in the Borough Council Chambers. Chairman Regis Nale presided over the session.

• Denied a credit request for excess sewer charges.
• Motion by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Ms. Gale — passed unanimously.

Resolution S-2022-07C (411 Bedford Street)

• Approved a $89.64 credit for excess sewer charges.
• Motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Fitch — passed unanimously.

Resolution S-2022-07D (141 Bedford Street)

• Denied a credit request for excess sewer charges.
• Motion by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke — passed unanimously.

Resolution S-2022-07E (Frederick C. Brenner Property Subdivision Project)

• Approved a Capacity Assurance Statement for the project located at 827 Brush Mountain Road, Frankstown Township, Blair County.
• Staff confirmed sufficient capacity exists for additional flow.
• Motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Burke — passed unanimously.

Approved payments totaling:

• Paid Invoices: $346,564.35
