Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority Meeting Summary (August 14, 2023)
The Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority held its regular meeting on August 14, 2023, at 5:00 PM in the Borough Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Regis Nale.

Minutes Approval
- A motion to accept the July 10, 2023 meeting minutes was made by Mr. Burke and seconded by Mr. Fitch.
- Motion passed unanimously.
Reports
- Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyers outlined the anticipated timeline for the Phase III project.
- Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Gehret had nothing additional to report.
- Management Report:
- The manager’s report was included in the agenda packet for review.
- Mr. Hicks discussed the PENNVEST process related to the Phase III project.
Public Comments
- Walt Zolna (602 Clark Street) asked about the surveying contractor working in the borough.
Unfinished & New Business
- No unfinished or new business was discussed.
Payment Approvals (Resolution S-2023-08A)
A motion to approve the following payments was made by Ms. Gale and seconded by Mr. Fitch:
- Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $178,404.26
- Paid Invoices: $395,184.70
- Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary): $50.00
Motion passed unanimously with no objections.

- All correspondence was included in the agenda for Authority review.
Adjournment
- A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Fitch and seconded by Mr. Manning.
- Meeting adjourned at 5:13 PM. Motion passed unanimously.
