Meeting Overview The Williamsburg Borough Council held its regular meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025. The session began at 7:00 p. m. , called to order by Ed Patterson, and concluded with an adjournment motion at 7:38 p. m. Attendance Council Members Present: Dakota Biddle, Paula Hamilton, Bruce Hamilton, Jim Price, Mathew Webb, Ed Patterson, and Ted Hyle. Others Present: Myranda Isenberg, Natalie Gorsuch, Adam Hauser, Maggie Merritts, Alana Isenberg, and Brad Claycomb. Key Decisions & Motions Minutes: The minutes from the October 2025 regular meeting were approved. Financials: The Treasurer’s Report for October was approved, and bills were ratified in accordance with Resolution #2018-2. Budget: A motion was passed to advertise the 2026 budget, which includes a $2/hr pay increase for borough employees and no tax increase. DCNR Master Site Plan: Resolution 2025-6 was adopted to approve the DCNR master site plan. Liquor License: Brad Claycomb expressed interest in opening a liquor distillery. The council decided to wait a month and consult with the solicitor regarding ordinances before proceeding.
