    • 201 Walnut Street Investigation: Update on a dangerous structure investigation scheduled for May 11.
    • Abandoned Property Ordinance: Discussion on a new ordinance to regulate vacant properties; a draft is expected by the June meeting.
  • New Business:
    • Great Commission School Development (TAB E): Resolution 2026-21 to approve the final land development plan for a new school on Stowell Farm (77 Bedford Street). The 13-acre campus will serve up to 250 K-12 students. Approval is contingent on several conditions, including a Developer’s Agreement, traffic studies if enrollment exceeds 250 students, and stormwater management compliance.
    • 714 North Juniata Street Investigation (TAB F): Authorization for a dangerous structure investigation due to unsafe living conditions reported by Blair County Senior Services.
    • Civil Service List Update: Chief Oldham to update the council on police hiring and eligibility lists.
    • Stop Sign Investigations: Discussion requested by Councilman Leahey regarding stop signs at Penn/Hawthorne, Allegheny/Route 22, and Bella/Allegheny Streets.
    • Stormwater Study (TAB G): A feasibility and rate study for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) to assess costs, funding options, and future development needs.
    • Bedford Street Easement (TAB H): Agreement with the Blair County Conservation District to realign a stormwater inlet discharge onto their property.
    • Parking Committee Recommendations (TAB I):
      • Draft contract with "Just Park" for app-enabled payment and enforcement.
      • Proposed increase in parking violation fines from $5 to $20.
      • Proposed increase in on-street metered parking rates from $0.50 to $1.00 per hour.
