Led the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence. Roll Call Council Members Present: Sean Burke (Ward 4) Brady Leahey (Ward 2) Clay Gingrich Walter Kalista (Ward 6) David Jacobs Jeffrey Ketner Bill Kitt Also Attended: Mayor Chad Repko Borough Manager Ethan Imhoff Swearing-In of Newly Elected Officials Mayor Repko administered oaths to: Brady Leahey — Ward 2 Sean Burke — Ward 4 Walter Kalista — Ward 6 Election of Officers (2026) All elections were uncontested; all members voted in favor.
