Funding and Financials
The City is utilizing federal funds to support community development. The specific amounts allocated for FY 2026 are:
- CDBG Funds: $1,515,627. 00
- CDBG Program Income: $80,000
- HOME Investment Partnership Funds: $290,874. 28
CDBG Percentages:
- Low and Moderate-Income Percentage: 100% (70% Minimum)
- Administrative Percentage: 20. 00% (20% Cap)
- Public Service Percentage: 11. 86% (15% Cap)
- Slum and Blight / Urgent Need: 0%
HOME Percentages:
- CHDO Set-Aside: 44. 69% (15% Minimum)
- Administrative Percentage: 10. 00% (10% Cap)
Submission Timeline
- Council Meeting: The plan will be submitted to City Council for authorization on Monday, June 8, 2026.
- HUD Submission Deadline: The City must submit the documents to HUD no later than Friday, June 19, 2026.
