February 2026 Judicial Sale Updates The following updates apply to the upcoming Judicial Tax Sale scheduled for June 2026. Preliminary Decree Filed: The Judicial Sale Preliminary Decree has been filed with the court. This document lists all properties going to the Judicial Tax Sale. IRS Liens: A separate petition is filed specifically for properties that have IRS Federal Tax Liens.
