The high school remains the designated warming center and emergency shelter due to its facilities. Grants for Penelec Property: BluAcres submitted the Master Site Development plan. Council is looking into grants for wetlands and a WalkWorks path. There is discussion about filling a hole near Cenveo, potentially using material from PennDOT’s stormwater project. Pickleball Court: Lansberry is inquiring with Frankstown Township regarding the location of their pickleball posts. Virginia Helsel (Chickens): A certified letter was sent requiring the removal of chickens from the property by the end of February. If not removed, the borough will be advised to remove them. Ambulance Service: The Hollidaysburg American Legion Ambulance Service (HALAS) is now operating full-time ALS in Williamsburg. Contract: The borough is working on a contract; M.
