Escrow Fee Schedule for Consulting, Engineering, and Legal Fees — The Borough of Hollidaysburg
This form is used to calculate and pay escrow fees required by the Borough of Hollidaysburg for subdivision, land development, or lot line adjustment applications. Fees are due at specific stages depending on the type of project.
When Fees Are Due
- Minor/Major Subdivision & Land Development: Paid when a Sketch or Preliminary Plan is submitted.
- Lot Line Adjustment: Paid when the Final Plan is submitted.
Residential Development Fees
Based on number of lots or proposed dwelling units:
- 1–4 lots/units: $1,500.00 per lot/unit
- 5+ lots/units: $2,000.00 per lot/unit
- Minimum Amount: $1,500.00
- Maximum Amount: $50,000.00
- Lot Line Adjustment (Residential): $2,000.00
Non-Residential (Land Development) Fees
Based on gross acreage:
- Rate: $10,000.00 per acre (or fraction thereof)
- Minimum Amount: $10,000.00
- Maximum Amount: $50,000.00
- Commercial Building Renovation: $2,500.00
