Borough of Duncansville Council Meeting Agenda Date: September 9, 2024 Opening Procedures Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance . Roll Call: Annette Lewis, Jeffrey Lynn, Cindy Blontz, Nicole Estep, Dave Shaw, and Eric Fritz. Minutes: A motion is required to approve the minutes from the August 12 and August 28, 2024 meetings. Water & Sewer: Approval of Water & Sewer minutes is also on the agenda. Reports Secretary: No report currently. Mayor: Police report. Manager: QuickBooks Transition: YOBCO has finished transitioning to QuickBooks, except for Water & Sewer (W&S) accounts. Work on W&S is scheduled for October. Account Migration: There are three accounts currently not in QuickBooks (Community Days, Children’s Christmas Fund, and Police Fund). A request is made to move these accounts to QuickBooks. Solicitor: Pickleball Contract. Engineer: Report is attached in the packet. Committees Building & Grounds: The Community Center is progressing as expected; an auction for 1146 2nd Street is mentioned. Water & Sewer: Approval of the Water & Sewer Report. Other Committees: Finance, Fire Company, Parks and Recreation, Personnel, Street & Equipment, and Duncansville Community Days are listed. New Business Secretary/Treasurer: An advertisement has been placed for this position. Trick or Treat: Scheduled for October 31, 2024, from 6 PM to 8 PM. Open Agenda A motion to pay monthly bills.
