Borough of Duncansville Council Meeting Agenda Date: November 10th, 2025 Opening Procedures Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance . Roll Call: The following council members are listed for attendance: Annette Lewis, Jeffrey Lynn, Cindy Blontz, Nicole Estep, Dave Shaw, Eric Fritz, Rodney Estep, and Michael Emerick. Administrative Reports Meeting Minutes: Approval of minutes from the October 29th, 2025 meeting. DMA Minutes: Approval of minutes from the October 2nd, 2025 meeting. Visitors: A section is designated for public visitors. Admin Report: General administrative updates. Financial Reports Review of the current Financial Report, Profit & Loss statement, and Budget. Opportunity for the Finance Committee to provide comments or ask questions. Departmental Updates Mayor’s Report: Includes the October Police report.
