Tab 2: Motion to approve the Water & Sewer minutes from the April 3rd, 2025 meeting. Tab 3: Visitors Jim Lowe: Representing America250PA. Jeff Fleck: Addressing concerns regarding 910 4th Ave. Tab 4: Administrative Report Financials: Review of Financial Reports & Budget.
