Borough of Duncansville Council Meeting Agenda Date: March 26, 2025 Location: 315 14th Street, Duncansville, PA 16635 Opening Procedures Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: Annette Lewis, Jeffrey Lynn, Cindy Blontz, Nicole Estep, Dave Shaw, and Eric Fritz. Tab 1: Meeting Minutes A motion is required to approve the minutes from the previous meeting held on March 10, 2025. Tab 2: Visitors Time allocated for public visitors to speak. Tab 4: Administrative Report Codification Contract: Discussion regarding the codification contract. Digital Presence: Updates on the . gov website and email systems. Antique Depot Status: Update provided by Tye Dively regarding the status of the Antique Depot. Tab 5: Mayor’s Report Mobile Cameras: Discussion on the purchase of mobile cameras. Cost: $15,354. 00 (L5M). Tab 6: Manager’s Report Antique Depot Agreement: Final approval sought for the Phase 2 amended land agreement. Vehicle Purchase: Approval requested for a dump truck. Item: 2025 F-600 4x4 Regular Cab. Cost: $94,481. 00. Tab 7: Solicitor Legal counsel to provide updates or advice as needed. Tab 8: Engineer AT&T Project: Update on the AT&T project.
