Agenda Items Tab 1: Meeting Minutes Motion to approve minutes from the June 25th, 2025 meeting. Tab 3: Visitors Dan Bradley to present the 2024 Audit Findings. Tab 5: Financial Reports Review of the Financial Report, Profit & Loss statement, and Budget. Reports Tab 6: Mayor’s Report Tab 7: Manager’s Report Note regarding insurance renewals coming up for August 1st, 2025. Tab 8: Solicitor Tab 9: Engineer Committees & Community Events Tab 10: Committees Updates from Building & Grounds, Finance, Fire Company, Personnel, and Street & Equipment. Parks and Recreation: Music Pavilion Update. Water & Sewer: Approve Water & Sewer report. Duncansville Community Events (July 14th – 18th) Office Closure: The office will be closed Thursday the 17th and Friday the 18th. Staffing Updates: Jerrica will be out of the office July 15th – 18th to help with setup. Amy will work regular hours Monday–Wednesday, be off Thursday, and work the event 2–10 pm Friday & Saturday.
