Workshop Meeting Agenda (February 28, 2024) This document outlines the agenda for a workshop meeting held on February 28, 2024. The meeting included a roll call of attendees: Annette Lewis, Jeff Lynn, Cindy Blontz, Nicole Estep, Dave Shaw, and Mayor Eric Fritz. Committees Building & Grounds The committee discussed several items related to Phase I of a building project: Authorize Mike to begin the DCED process for Phase I, with assistance to speed up the process. Approve Mike to draft and advertise an ordinance for borrowing money for the project. Approve which contractors to select for Phase I: Mid State, Leverknight, Season Aire Inc. , and Riley Inc. Approve contracts for the four contractors for Phase I. Authorize Annette to execute the contracts. Decide how to fund the project. Authorize application for funding to First Commonwealth Bank. Other Committees The following committees were listed but had no specific agenda items detailed: Finance Fire Company Parks & Recreation Personnel Street & Equipment Water & Sewer Unfinished Business Approve and authorize advertisement of RFP for engineer.
