Citizen Participation Plan: Adopting the revised plan for the City of Altoona’s HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership programs. CDBG Amendment: Transferring $1,685. 28 from the cancelled Pleasant Village Roof Replacement Project to the Emergency Homeowner Roof Replacement Project. Demolition Bid (613 N. 7th Avenue): Awarding the garage demolition bid to Leckey’s Demolition (Johnstown, PA) for $5,100. 00. Demolition Bid (226 Beech Avenue): Awarding the demolition bid to Leckey’s Demolition (Johnstown, PA) for $10,300. 00.
