Minutes Approval

  • Motion to accept August 8, 2022 minutes made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Fitch → Passed unanimously

Engineer’s Report (Dan Beyer)

  • Discussed upcoming grant application opportunity
  • Berwind Road project will be included in this application

Treasurer’s Report (Jim Gehret)

  • No additional comments beyond agenda packet

Management Report (Frank Hicks, Jr. )

  • Agenda packet reviewed by members
  • Noted another Nitrogen Credit Sales Agreement included in packets

  • Walt Zolna (112 Clark Street): Asked about selection criteria for next project area and why some sections were excluded from last project

  • Motion: Made by Mr. Burke, seconded by Ms. Gale → Passed unanimously

Resolution S-2022-10B

  • Purpose: Approve Capacity Assurance Statement for proposed single-family home
  • Location: 3150 Oakwood Road, Frankstown Township, Blair County, PA
  • Motion: Made by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously

Requests for Payment & Requisitions (Resolution S-2022-10C)

Approved payments as follows:

  • Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority (September): $205,330. 43
  • Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority (October): $286,949. 54
