Minutes Approval
- Motion to accept October 10, 2022 minutes made by Mr. Burke, seconded by Mr. Fitch → Passed unanimously.

- Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyer had nothing additional to report.
- Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Gehret was absent; no report submitted.
- Management Report: Manager’s report included in agenda packet; Mr. Hicks had no additions.

Resolution S-2022-11A: 2023 Fee Schedule
- Approved schedule of fees and charges for 2023.
- Motion by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously.
Resolution S-2022-11B: PA Small Water & Sewer Grant Application
- Authorized submission of grant request from Commonwealth Financing Authority for Berwind Road Sanitary Sewer Extension Project.
- Authorized Chairman to sign all required documents on behalf of Authority.
- Motion by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously.
Resolution S-2022-11C: Deduct Sewer Charges for 4 Belaire Circle
- Request to deduct sewer charges due to excessive usage denied.
- Motion by Mr. Burke, seconded by Ms. Gale → Passed unanimously.
Motion: Water Quality Management Permit
- Authorized Chairman to sign application for Water Quality Management Permit for Berwind Road Sanitary Sewer Extension.
- Motion by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously.
