- Authorized submission of request for PA Small Water and Sewer Program Grant from Commonwealth Financing Authority for Berwind Road Sanitary Sewer Extension Project.
- Also authorized Chairman to execute all required documents on behalf of Authority.

Resolution S-2022-11C
- Denied request from 4 Belaire Circle to deduct sewer charges for usage exceeding normal amount.
- Made by Mr. Burke, seconded by Ms. Gale → Passed unanimously
Motion – Water Quality Management Permit
- Authorized Chairman to sign application for Water Quality Management Permit for Berwind Road Sanitary Sewer Extension.
- Made by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously
