Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Gehret was not in attendance. Management Report: Manager’s report included in agenda packet; Mr. Hicks had no additional comments. 2023 Meeting Schedule (No Objections Raised) January 9th, February 13th, March 13th April 10th, May 8th, June 12th July 10th, August 14th, September 11th October 9th, November 13th, December 11th Public Comments & Unfinished Business No public comments received. No unfinished business to discuss. New Business & Resolutions Passed Resolution S-2022-11A Approved Schedule of Fees and Charges for 2023. Made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously Resolution S-2022-11B Authorized submission of request for PA Small Water and Sewer Program Grant from Commonwealth Financing Authority for Berwind Road Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. Also authorized Chairman to execute all required documents on behalf of Authority. Made by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously Resolution S-2022-11C Denied request from 4 Belaire Circle to deduct sewer charges for usage exceeding normal amount. Made by Mr. Burke, seconded by Ms. Gale → Passed unanimously Motion – Water Quality Management Permit Authorized Chairman to sign application for Water Quality Management Permit for Berwind Road Sanitary Sewer Extension. Made by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke → Passed unanimously Requests for Payment and Requisitions (Resolution S-2022-11D) Approved payments totaling $285,679. 89: Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $245,119. 93 Paid Invoices: $37,851. 91 D&M Contracting, Inc: $1,373. 85 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Water Quality Permit): $100. 00 Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary: $50. 00 → Motion passed unanimously after no objections.
