Motion made by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Burke — passed unanimously with no objections.

- Non-compliant properties from first two phases of sewer lateral project.
- Legal research status on basement drains in 100-year floodplains.
- Engineering start for Clark Street Phase III project.
