Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority Meeting Minutes (May 8, 2023) The Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority held its regular meeting on May 8, 2023, at 5:00 PM in the Borough Council Chambers. Chairman Regis Nale presided over the session. Attendees Authority Members Present: James Burke, James Fitch, Carol Gale Other Attendees: James Gehret (Borough Manager) Frank Hicks, Jr. (Director of Wastewater Operations) Dan Beyer (EADS Group) Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary) Key Decisions & Actions Minutes Approval A motion to accept the April 10, 2023 meeting minutes was made by Mr. Fitch and seconded by Mr. Burke. Motion passed unanimously. Reports Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyer provided an update on the PENNVEST application for Phase III project. Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Gehret reported no additional items. Management Report: The manager’s report was included in the agenda packet; Mr. Hicks had nothing further to add. Public Comments & Unfinished Business: None received or discussed. New Business Resolution S-2023-05A Approved a Capacity Assurance Statement for 400 Allegheny Street, Hollidaysburg, Blair County, PA. Motion made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke — passed unanimously. Resolution S-2023-05B Approved payment of expenses and requisitions totaling: Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $164,090. 39 Paid Invoices: $590,229. 87 Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary): $50. 00 Motion made by Mr. Burke, seconded by Mr. Fitch — passed unanimously. Executive Session Chairman Nale announced adjournment to executive session to discuss ongoing litigation involving: 514 Bella Street 716 Pine Street Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 5:05 PM.
