Meeting Overview The Borough Council convened on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order by Council President Sean Burke. A quorum of council members was present, including Vice President Brady Leahey, David Jacobs, Clay Gingrich, and William Kitt. Resolutions and Approvals The council approved several key resolutions during the session: Land Development Plan (Resolution 2026-21): The council approved a land development plan for the Great Commission School located at 77 Bedford Street, Hollidaysburg. Public comment was heard in support of the plans from Regis Nale and Shawn Leydig. Consent Agenda (Resolution 2026-20): The council approved Bill List Number 4 totaling $190,524. 13 and four Certificates of Appropriateness for properties on Allegheny, Front, and Walnut Streets.
