Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority Meeting Summary Date: March 14, 2022 Time: 5:03 PM – 5:05 PM Location: Borough Council Chambers, Hollidaysburg, PA Attendees Chairman: Regis Nale (presided) Authority Members Present: James Burke, James Fitch, Carol Gale, Ralph Miller Other Attendees: Frank Hicks, Jr. , Director of Wastewater Operations Jim Gehret, Borough Manager Dan Beyer, EADS Group Nathan Karn, Authority Solicitor Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary Meeting Proceedings Opening Called to order at 5:03 PM by Chairman Regis Nale. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Minutes Approval Motion to accept February 14, 2022 minutes made by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Fitch — passed unanimously. Reports Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyer had nothing additional to report. Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Gehret had nothing additional to report. Management Report: Manager’s report was in agenda packet; Mr. Hicks had no additional comments. Public Comments & Petitions: None received. Unfinished Business: None to discuss. New Business Motion: Authorize Signing of 2021 Wasteload Management Report (Chapter 94) Made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke. Authorized Chairman to sign on behalf of Authority. Passed unanimously. Requests for Payment and Requisitions Resolution S-2022-3A: Approve Payments Made by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Miller — passed unanimously. Approved Payments: Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $145,724. 91 Paid Invoices: $300,968. 05 Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary): $50. 00 Executive Session Announced by Chairman to discuss potential litigation regarding properties: 514 Bella Street 716 Pine Street 707 Garber Street 1010 Spruce Street (All located in Borough of Hollidaysburg) No return to open session after executive session.
