Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority Meeting Minutes (June 12, 2023) Meeting Overview Date & Time: June 12, 2023, at 5:00 PM Location: Borough Council Chambers Presiding Officer: Chairman Regis Nale Attendees: Authority Members: James Burke, James Fitch, Carol Gale Staff/Officials: Frank Hicks, Jr. (Director of Wastewater Operations), Dan Beyer (EADS Group), Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary) Treasurer Mr. Gehret was absent. Key Proceedings Opening & Pledge Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Minutes Approval Motion by Mr. Burke to accept May 8, 2023 minutes; seconded by Mr. Fitch. Passed unanimously. Reports Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyer had nothing to report. Treasurer’s Report: Not presented (Mr. Gehret absent). Management Report: Manager’s report was in agenda packet; Mr. Hicks had no additional comments. Public Comments & Petitions: None received. Unfinished/New Business: None discussed. Financial Resolution (S-2023-06A) Approved payment of the following: Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $313,671. 41 Paid Invoices: $656,105. 65 Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary): $50. 00 Motion made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke — passed unanimously.
