Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority Meeting Minutes (July 11, 2022) The Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority held its regular meeting on July 11, 2022, at 5:00 PM in the Borough Council Chambers. Chairman Regis Nale presided over the session. Attendees Authority Members Present: James Burke, James Fitch, Carol Gale, Ralph Miller Other Attendees: Frank Hicks, Jr. (Director of Wastewater Operations) Jim Gehret (Borough Manager) Dan Beyer (EADS Group) Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary) Key Decisions & Actions Minutes Approval The June 13, 2022 meeting minutes were approved unanimously. Motion by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke. Reports Engineer’s Report: No additional items reported by Mr. Beyer. Treasurer’s Report: No additions to the agenda packet report by Mr. Gehret. Management Report: Reviewed in agenda packet; no additions from Mr. Hicks. Public Comments & Unfinished Business No public comments received. No unfinished business to discuss. New Business — Resolution Approvals/Denials Resolution S-2022-07A (806 Union Street) Approved a $525. 24 credit for sewer charges exceeding normal usage. Motion by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke — passed unanimously. Resolution S-2022-07B (104 Manor Court) Denied a credit request for excess sewer charges. Motion by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Ms. Gale — passed unanimously. Resolution S-2022-07C (411 Bedford Street) Approved a $89. 64 credit for excess sewer charges. Motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Fitch — passed unanimously. Resolution S-2022-07D (141 Bedford Street) Denied a credit request for excess sewer charges. Motion by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke — passed unanimously. Resolution S-2022-07E (Frederick C. Brenner Property Subdivision Project) Approved a Capacity Assurance Statement for the project located at 827 Brush Mountain Road, Frankstown Township, Blair County. Staff confirmed sufficient capacity exists for additional flow. Motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Burke — passed unanimously. Requests for Payment and Requisitions (Resolution S-2022-07F) Approved payments totaling: Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $202,014. 71 Paid Invoices: $346,564. 35 Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary): $50. 00 Motion by Mr. Burke, seconded by Mr. Fitch — passed unanimously.
