Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority Meeting Minutes (July 10, 2023) Meeting Overview Date & Time: July 10, 2023, at 5:00 PM Location: Borough Council Chambers Presiding Officer: Chairman Regis Nale Attendees: Authority Members: James Burke, James Fitch, Carol Gale Others Present: Frank Hicks, Jr. (Director of Wastewater Operations), James Gehret (Borough Manager), Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary) Adjournment: 5:07 PM Key Agenda Items & Decisions Minutes Approval Motion to accept June 12, 2023 meeting minutes was made by Mr. Fitch and seconded by Ms. Gale. Result: Passed unanimously. Reports Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyer was absent; no report submitted. Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Gehret had nothing to add. Management Report: Manager’s report was included in the agenda packet for review. Mr. Hicks noted that the PENNVEST funding decision will be announced next week. Public Comments & Petitions No public comments were received. Unfinished Business None to discuss. New Business None to discuss. Requests for Payment and Requisitions Resolution S-2023-07A: Approved payment of the following expenses: Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $229,029. 84 Paid Invoices: $220,984. 55 Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary: $50. 00 Motion: Made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke. Result: Passed unanimously. Correspondence All correspondence was included with the agenda for Authority review. Executive Session No executive session was held.
