Borough Council Meeting Minutes Summary (February 12, 2026)
The Hollidaysburg Borough Council held its regular meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers. President Sean Burke called the meeting to order.
Attendance
- Present: President Sean Burke, Vice President Brady Leahey, Council members David Jacobs, Clay Gingrich, and William Kitt.
- Absent: Jeffrey Ketner and Walter Kalista.
- Also Present: Borough Manager Ethan Imhoff, Solicitor Nathan Karn, Finance Director Stacy Wert, Chief of Police Richard Oldham, Director of Community Development Andrew Holodnik, Director of Community Relations and Events Melanie Ramsey, Mayor Chad Repko, and Borough Secretary Sara Williams.

Pledge & Executive Session
- President Burke led the Pledge of Allegiance followed by a moment of silence.
- No executive session was held at this time.
Approval of Previous Minutes
- Minutes from January 5th and January 8th meetings were approved unanimously (5-0) on a motion by Councilman Leahey, seconded by Councilman Gingrich.
Manager’s Report (Ethan Imhoff)
- Thanked Public Works for handling the recent snowstorm.
- Announced that on February 20, 2026, the Police Department will welcome a new K-9; Officer Kettner will be the handler.
- Civil Service Commission will test officer candidates on February 21, 2026.
Finance Director Report (Stacy Wert)
- No additions to her report.
Community Development Report (Andrew Holodnik)
- Discussed content in his packet, including remediation plans.
Community Relations & Events Report (Melanie Ramsey)
- Provided updates on 2026 events.
- Thanked residents and Council for supporting Hollidaysburg events.

Mayor’s Report (Chad Repko)
- Thanked Public Works for snowstorm response.
- Shared update: The Slinky museum will be located at the Reiser House.
