Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority Meeting Minutes (April 10, 2023)
The Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority held its regular meeting on April 10, 2023, at 5:00 PM in the Borough Council Chambers. Chairman Regis Nale presided over the session.

Minutes Approval
- A motion to accept the March 13, 2023 meeting minutes was made by Mr. Burke and seconded by Mr. Fitch. The motion passed unanimously.
Reports
- Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyer was not present; no report submitted.
- Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Gehret reported nothing additional.
- Management Report: The manager’s report was included in the agenda packet. Discussion occurred regarding an advertisement for a Phase III project exemption.

New Business
Resolution S-2023-04A: Capacity Assurance Statement for Green Bean Coffee House
- Approved a capacity assurance statement for the Green Bean Coffee House to be located in Blair Township, Blair County, PA.
- Motion made by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke. Passed unanimously.
Resolution S-2023-04B: Payment Approvals
Approved payment of the following expenses:
- Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $385,430. 62
- Paid Invoices: $362,323. 13
- Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary (reimbursement): $50. 00
Motion made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke. Passed unanimously.

- A motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:05 PM was made by Mr. Burke and seconded by Mr. Fitch. The motion passed unanimously.
