Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority Meeting Minutes (April 10, 2023) The Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority held its regular meeting on April 10, 2023, at 5:00 PM in the Borough Council Chambers. Chairman Regis Nale presided over the session. Attendees Authority Members Present: James Burke, James Fitch, Carol Gale Other Attendees: James Gehret (Borough Manager) Frank Hicks, Jr. (Director of Wastewater Operations) Jessica Oswald (Recording Secretary) Key Decisions & Actions Minutes Approval A motion to accept the March 13, 2023 meeting minutes was made by Mr. Burke and seconded by Mr. Fitch. The motion passed unanimously. Reports Engineer’s Report: Mr. Beyer was not present; no report submitted. Treasurer’s Report: Mr. Gehret reported nothing additional. Management Report: The manager’s report was included in the agenda packet. Discussion occurred regarding an advertisement for a Phase III project exemption. Public Comments & Unfinished Business No public comments were received. No unfinished business was discussed. New Business Resolution S-2023-04A: Capacity Assurance Statement for Green Bean Coffee House Approved a capacity assurance statement for the Green Bean Coffee House to be located in Blair Township, Blair County, PA. Motion made by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Burke. Passed unanimously. Resolution S-2023-04B: Payment Approvals Approved payment of the following expenses: Hollidaysburg Area Sewer Authority: $385,430. 62 Paid Invoices: $362,323. 13 Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary (reimbursement): $50. 00 Motion made by Ms. Gale, seconded by Mr. Burke. Passed unanimously. Adjournment A motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:05 PM was made by Mr. Burke and seconded by Mr. Fitch. The motion passed unanimously.
