Election Overview This document contains sample ballots for the General Election held in Blair County, Pennsylvania , on November 5, 2024 . The ballots provided are for specific precincts within the city of Altoona and Woodbury Township. Voting Instructions Voters are instructed to: Blacken the oval completely next to their chosen candidate. Use a medium point black or blue pen only; other marks may not be readable by the scanner. For write-in candidates, blacken the oval to the left of the line and print the name in the blank space. If a mistake is made, voters must ask for a new ballot.
