Overview of Special Election Blair County, Pennsylvania is holding a special election on March 17, 2026 . The provided documents are sample ballots for the following precincts: Altoona Ward 1 Altoona Ward 2, Precinct 1 Altoona Ward 2, Precinct 2 Logan Township, District 7 Voting Instructions Voters are instructed to use a medium point black or blue pen only. Ballots will be counted by an optical scanner, and other writing instruments may not be readable.
