Application for Storage of Motor Vehicle Nuisance — The Borough of Hollidaysburg, PA

  • Also asks: “Have all gas, oil or other flammable liquids been removed from motor vehicle?” → Yes/No checkbox.

V. Vehicle Storage

  • Options for how the vehicle will be stored:
    • In garage or enclosed building.
    • Within opaque fence ≥6 ft high, locked at all times.
    • By special Council approval: chain link fence ≥6 ft high, screened to full height.
  • If using the third option, must include “Date approved by Council.”

VI. Vehicle Storage Location

  • Field for full address/location where vehicle will be stored.

VII. Property Owner Signature

  • Legal statement acknowledging awareness of vehicle condition, agreement to allow storage, and binding to applicable rules/regulations.
  • Requires signature and date.

VIII. Applicant Signature
