Overview This document is an application form for the City of Altoona, PA, used to register alarm systems and purchase a permit. Permit Fee: The cost is $45. 00. Submission: Completed applications and fees (checks or money orders payable to "City of Altoona") must be submitted to the Finance Department at 1301 12th Street, Suite 104, Altoona, PA 16601.
