Opening Procedures
- Call to Order and Invocation by Pastor Ron Baker (Church of the Good Shepherd).
- Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call.
- Public Comment: Opportunity for residents to speak.
Administrative Approvals & Reports
- Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the December 9, 2024 meeting.
- Financials: Approval of financial records for December 31, 2024.
- Borough Manager’s Report: Includes three specific motions:
- Reallocating FY2021 funds from Demolition to Housing Rehab.
- Ratifying an application for payment #1 with Strouse Electric.
- Discussion regarding the relocation of property lines on Walk.
Legal & Ordinance Matters
- Solicitor’s Report: The council will consider three motions to approve new ordinances:
- Ordinance No. 1480: Amendment to Personnel Policy.
- Ordinance No. 1481: Implementation of a "No Parking" zone on Logan Avenue.
